everytime anyone walks by it in a parking lot.... everytime a jet flies too low..... everytime Ole Dale's Z-28 with glasspacks drives by.....It makes a racket. Spee's right, all any alarm is going to do is be proactive in telling you your window is smashed instead of waiting to find out yourself. I could see getting a racket-maker, if it was a suburban or something that actually takes more than 3 seconds to determine if anything of value is inside, but our Z's take all of no time to clean outonce broken into. By the time you are wise too it, it is too late. Real thieves wont be caught red-handed, and punkass vandals cant be stopped. Don't waste money on a hasty decision, netting you zero results. My proximity alarm didnt stop a thief from smashing my window in college and ripping out the dash console, stereo included. The car was even parked under a street light at a very visible intersection with a traffic light.
